It is always worth getting in contact with us first to see if we can help with your issues before you decide to leave us for good. You can do this using the chat widget, or by emailing [email protected]

  • Click your name in the top right.

  • Click Account Settings.

  • Click Manage Subscription to open the payment pop up window.

    Note: If the next pop up does not open, please make sure you have pop up blockers turned off.

  • Click on the card at the top with your Subscription details on it, e.g. Business (USD) in this screenshot.

  • Click Cancel Subscription on the next screen and follow the process through.
