Currently, there is no license that properly covers using copyrighted music in podcasts so we recommend avoiding it and using royalty free music instead.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit card, credit card, and PayPal. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.

How long is my free trial?
Your free trial will be 14 days long. To start your trial you need to enter your billing details. You won't be charged during your trial and you can cancel at any time.

What is the normal account pricing?

Pricing can be found on our main website: https://podcast.co/pricing

Is Pricing per "show" or per "episode"?

A podcast is the show as a whole. So our pricing is for your whole Podcast show, not per episode. You get Unlimited episodes within your subscription. So don't panic!

What happens at the end of my trial?

At the end of your 14 day trial you'll be charged automatically. If you cancel during your trial you won't be charged and your account will become inactive and will be archived for 60 days. After this time it will be deleted.

What if I don't have a podcast on my account?

If you have no podcasts on your account by the time your next billing period rolls around but you haven't cancelled your account, you will still be charged for the account upkeep, so make sure you cancel!

What happens if my payment method fails?

If your payment fails, don't panic! Our system will automatically try again in a few days time. If it rejects on multiple occasions, your account will be made inactive and archived. If you reactivate within 60 days everything will be restored. After this time it will be deleted.

Submissions

How long does Distribution take?

If you've submitted your podcast for Distribution to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc. it can take a little while for places to approve your podcast. Sometimes up to a whole week! If you'd like an update on things, feel free to message us.

I don't use Podcast.co to host. Can I still use your Submissions service?

No, I'm afraid our Submissions service is for Podcast.co users only.

Pop those links into the appropriate fields in your Share & Publish section of your account. This will make them appear on the Subscribe drop down list on your Podcast Page.

I received an error message. What can I do?

We will always message you if something goes wrong when we're submitting your podcast. This message will include information on how to proceed. Sometimes we may need you, as the original owner of the content, to make some changes yourself before we can continue.
