How Could This Affect You?

If you’ve integrated Chartable tracking into your podcast feed settings, your podcast feed might stop working when Chartable shuts down. This could prevent your podcast from being accessible to listeners or distributed to platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and others.

What Should You Do?

To avoid any disruptions, we recommend removing Chartable from your podcast feed settings in your Radio.co account. Follow these simple steps:

Removing Chartable from Your Feed:

  1. Log in to your Podcast.co account.

  2. Go to the Settings > Advanced tab for your podcast.

  3. Locate the section where tracking prefixes or analytics services are added.

  4. If you see any references to Chartable (e.g., Chartable prefixes), remove them.

  5. Save your changes.

Once Chartable is removed, your podcast feed will continue to function without interruption
