Usually, Apple Podcasts is pretty quick at getting new episodes from your feed onto your listing in Apple Podcasts or iTunes.

Though sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for Apple to check your RSS Feed for new episodes.

If this happens and you feel it's taking an extra long time for your new episodes to appear, you can request a manual refresh on your RSS Feed.

 Head to your Podcasts Connect dashboard, and select the podcast you want to refresh. Then click the option from the list at the bottom.
